Active employment policy in the South-Czech Region

The objective aim of the thesis is to ensure a comprehensive treatment of the issue of active employment policy in the south Bohemia region, where the practical part will apply theoretical knowledge in practice in terms of the South Bohemia Region. Active employment policy protects a set of tools and measure to increase employment in the labor market. The first part of the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the first general treatise on the Labor Office of the Czech Republic with regard to active employment policy, but its historical development from the beginning until now is also mentioned here. Moreover this part focuses on information and rules of active employment policy. Finally, attention is paid to the financing of the active labor market policy. The second part is based on a comparison of data of one instrument of the active employment policy in the South Bohemia Region from 2011 to 2015. It includes data processing, statistical analysis, tracking of links and answering of hypotheses.

The goal of this thesis is to focus on the awareness of citizens on that register with the employment department, employers, inquiring after potential employees and statistics use services provided by the employment office. The services are meant an active employment policy, for which we consider so-called socially useful jobs, public works, retraining, investment incentives, bridging subsidies, subsidies, integration and contribution in the transition to a new business program. The first part or the theoretical part of the thesis will look at how general treatise on the employment Department, which is mentioned as the actual historical development from the very beginning until now. This part is focused on the information and rules active policies employment and their instruments. Finally, attention is paid to the European social fund from which are also drawn funds for active employment policy. The practical part is focused on a specific contact office of the employment Department in Tabor. All supported projects and direct use of all instruments of active employment policy at a designated liaison department of the employment Department, are analyzed and statistically evaluated.
